Lazio will try to keep their position in the Serie A’s Top 4. The Eagles are currently 4th with 35 points which puts them three points ahead of the 5th Juventus. For Lazio it’s hard to talk about winning the title, but what they can do is secure another qualificaiton for the Champions League. That’s a realistic goal.

Marco Baroni’s team needs to improve its form, though – they won just one point in their last two matches. In the previous round they faced Roma in the Roman derby, but didn’t have a good game and lost – 0-2. They also finished the game with a red card as Valentin Castellanos was sent off in the last few minutes. It means that the Argentine striker won’t be available for the next game.

Boulaye Dia could replace Castellanos in the line-up against Como. The Senegalese international is one of Lazio’s summer signings and he already scored four goals in the league this season.

Como are 16th in the Serie A standings with 18 points won and a record of 4 wins, 6 draws and 8 losses. Cesc Fabregas’ team won two of its last three matches, though – maybe they are in a better shape now.

In their last game Como faced Lecce at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, and did enough to secure a 2-0 win. Como scored both of their goals in the second half when Nicolas Paz and Patrick Cutrone put the ball in the net. Cutrone made one assist as well so hew as the man of the match for Fabregas’ team.
